Bralic Systems is Rasheem’s approach to fitness training. He encompasses his years of structured training as an athlete at University of Miami with his days of classic cross-training with minimal equipment in Bed-Stuy. Body weight resistance, calisthenics, boxing, track and field drills are a staple. From day one, clients should be prepared to learn the basics. The body reacts differently for every individual so if you are not a long term athlete, don’t worry. Bralic Systems will help you condition your body according to your individual interests and needs.
